Provide professional, courteous service at business pickups and drop-offs, including obtaining electronic signatures/confirmations, capturing proof-of-delivery photos via the app, and communicating instant updates to clients. Monitor delivery progress in real-time on the phone/app, proactively resolve any minor issues (e.g., address clarifications, access instructions), and confirm successful completion to close out orders seamlessly. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver packages, documents, envelopes, and other items throughout the Atlanta metro area and surrounding counties while adhering to assigned routes and time-sensitive schedules.
Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring all items are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries, obtaining signatures when required, and addressing any immediate concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including scanning or logging packages, noting any issues, and completing daily route documentation via mobile app or dispatch system.
