The “Know Your Pet” Requirement
To ensure the safest possible journey, we require a comprehensive *Pet Profile* to be completed in our app before pickup. This must include:
* *Breed-Specific Knowledge:* We tailor our handling based on breed temperament and physical requirements (e.g., climate needs for brachycephalic/flat-faced breeds).
* *Behavioral Assessment:* We strictly transport non-violent, socialized dogs. A full disclosure of your dog’s triggers (e.g., loud noises, certain hand movements) is required to help us keep them calm.
* *Health & Medication Logs:* If your pet requires medication during transit or has a medical condition, all dosage instructions and emergency vet contacts must be uploaded.
Climate Customization:
Vehicle temperatures are adjusted specifically for your dog’s breed and coat thickness.
Sensory Management:
We offer calming acoustic music and pheromone-infused environments upon request to reduce travel anxiety.
Personalized Requests:
Whether your dog needs a specific toy, a certain type of bedding, or a specific verbal command to feel at ease, we follow your instructions to the letter.
Direct Communication:
Our couriers will contact you via *phone or text* 15 minutes prior to pickup to discuss any last-minute changes in the dog’s mood or needs.
Credential Verification:
All vet, grooming, or boarding documentation must be uploaded so our driver can present the correct “Digital ID” to the merchant upon arrival.
No-Aggression Policy:
For the safety of our staff, we cannot transport dogs with a history of violence or biting. If a dog shows signs of extreme aggression at pickup, the service will be rescheduled for the safety of all parties.
