We provide an exclusive, personal courier service for shopping center patrons. We don’t just meet you at the curb; we dispatch our verified couriers *inside the mall* to individual retailers and boutiques to collect your purchases.
Service Scope
* *Personalized Pickup:* We will collect any item(s), to your discretion, that you wish to have picked up from any specific mall retailer.
* *Direct Drop-Off:* Items are picked up from the counter and personally dropped off at your specified destination.
Pre-Arrival Notification
Before dispatching a driver to the mall, we will make contact with the customer via: * *Direct Phone Call* * *Detailed Email* * *Real-Time Text Notification* * We confirm all purchase data and authorize the dispatch before we arrive at the merchant.
The Merchant Hand-Off Protocol
When our courier arrives at the retail counter, they will present a secure device to the merchant displaying all verified documentation. The merchant will see: 1. *Merchant Verification:* Clear documentation showing Lightning Courier ATL is authorized to pick up. 2. *Order Identification:* Specific details of your order. 3. *Secure Credentials:* Verified phone numbers and names. 4. *Proof of Identity:* A verified, secure photo copy of the individual who made the purchase (as authorized by the customer).
Property Respect:
We highly value your security and property. No items are ever collected or obtained without absolute verification.
Unconfirmed Hand-Off:
If a merchant or retailer has any issue releasing the property to our courier, we *will not obtain the property*. We will immediately re-initiate contact with the customer for further authorization.
Absent Recipient:
If a customer is not present at the original delivery destination, we will contact you via text or email.
Courtesy Rescheduling:
As a courtesy, you may reschedule the delivery window. Once our current schedule of other confirmed drop-offs is complete, we will proceed to your updated delivery location. We do not require a separate trip charge for a reschedule on the same service day.
